Caregivers & Families
We partner with parents and caregivers through coaching, education, and collaborative problem-solving. Our goal is to build understanding, confidence, and sustainable strategies that support both the individual and the people who care for them.

Private Occupational Therapy Evaluation and Treatment Services

Screening
Not sure if occupational therapy is needed? A screening is a low-pressure first step to talk through concerns, ask questions, and get professional insight. Screenings may happen by phone or in person and include a brief discussion and observation with a caregiver to help determine next steps.

In-Person Evaluation
An in-depth evaluation allows us to better understand strengths, challenges, and functional needs. Through observation, standardized tools, and caregiver input, we identify whether occupational therapy is appropriate and what combination of supports, strategies, or services may be most helpful.

Ongoing Therapy Sessions
Regularly scheduled, recurring therapy sessions provide hands-on, individualized support tailored to meaningful goals. Sessions are active and collaborative, using real-world activities to build skills while also supporting caregivers with strategies that carry over beyond the session.

Consultation & Developmental Coaching
Consultation offers flexible, as-needed support without ongoing therapy. This may include check-ins, strategy development, caregiver coaching, or planning for upcoming transitions or events—ideal for individuals or families who want guidance, problem-solving, or a refresher at specific moments.
Services are provided in-person or virtually, by appointment only, for residents of Ohio and Pennsylvania, with a focus in the Granville and Central Ohio region. We have experience supporting a diversity of individuals and families and we approach every experience with care, openness, and respect.

Our Guiding Principles:
Make it Personal
Every session is tailored to the individual. We start by understanding real-life challenges and goals, then design activities that support the specific skills needed for everyday success.
Make it Whole-Person
We recognize that skills, sensory processing, strength, and regulation are deeply connected. Our approach addresses the whole system, not just isolated symptoms.
Make it Functional
Therapy is hands-on and rooted in daily life. Activities connect directly to meaningful tasks like eating, dressing, playing, learning, and self-care, so progress carries beyond the session.
Make it Sustainable
Caregivers are partners in the process. We share strategies, education, and coaching so progress continues at home, in routines, and in real-world moments.
